FIELD: shaped products.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates namely to the moulds for casting paving slabs to create road surfaces and methods for their formation. The mould is made in the form of a shape-forming container formed by the bottom and side walls, corresponding in terms of the configuration of the manufactured element. Moreover, the side walls of the container are located at an angle from 88 to 92° from the horizontal. In this case, the form is made with a depth of 40 to 80 mm. The connection of the bottom and side walls along the perimeter of the mould inside the container is made with a bevel at an angle of 30 to 60° relative to the horizontal to ensure uniform filling of the mould with the mixture. Along the upper edge of the mould, along the perimeter of the side walls and orthogonally to them from the outside, there is an edge with a width of 5 to 15 mm. Vertical jumpers are mounted under the edge to the side walls of the mould along its entire perimeter, acting as stiffening ribs for the edge and ensuring rigidity of the shape and resistance to deformation under vertical loads on the edge. The form-building container of the form is made shaped in plan, inscribed in a square, with a shape containing convex protrusions and concave grooves made throughout the entire depth of the container and formed by the symmetrical subtraction of areas forming concave grooves from two adjacent sides of the square, and the symmetrical addition to the other two adjacent sides of the square areas corresponding to the subtracted ones, forming convex protrusions.
EFFECT: increasing the technical level of paving slabs.
