FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drilling rig. The drilling rig includes a mast, a power head mounted on the mast with the ability of sliding, and a pressure application system for actuating the power head. The pressure application system contains the first pulley, the second pulley, a main winch, an auxiliary winch, a main winch steel rope and an auxiliary winch steel rope. The first pulley is located at the top of the mast, the main winch including a main winch drum located at the side of the mast, wherein a steel rope of the main winch is connected to the power head after passing around the first pulley in a direction away from the main winch drum. The second pulley is located at the bottom of the mast, and the auxiliary winch includes an auxiliary winch drum located on the side of the mast, wherein a steel rope of the auxiliary winch is connected to the power head after passing around the second pulley in a direction away from the auxiliary winch drum. The main winch and the auxiliary winch are respectively provided with a float valve to control the hydraulic pressure to allow the main winch drum to unwind synchronously with the winding of the auxiliary winch drum, and to allow the auxiliary winch drum to unwind synchronously with the winding of the main winch drum. The mast includes a main mast and an upper mast removably mounted above the main mast, the first pulley being mounted on the upper mast. The drilling rig further comprises a pressure application cylinder, wherein the fixed end of the pressure application cylinder is removably connected to the mast, and the telescopic end of the pressure application cylinder is removably connected to the power head, wherein the power head is sliding along the length direction of the mast under the influence of the pressure application cylinder, wherein when the upper mast is removed, the fixed end of the pressure application cylinder is mounted on the mast, and the telescopic end is connected to the power head, the power head is able to be under the pressure generated by the pressure application cylinder.
EFFECT: ensuring the ease of application of pressure, the ability to raise the power head to a greater height, and also to increase the service life of the rope.
