SUBSTANCE: device for heating a fluid according to one embodiment disclosed herein may include a burner, a heat exchanger, a first flow sensor configured to detect a flow rate of fluid supplied to the heat exchanger, a temperature sensor configured to detect the temperature of a fluid discharged from heat exchanger, and a controller configured to control a first pump provided in the internal circulation loop based on a flow rate detected by the first flow sensor to control the flow rate of fluid supplied to the heat exchanger, and configured to control operation of the burner based on a temperature detected by the temperature sensor.
