SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat exchange system. The heat exchange system comprises a first heat exchanger configured to discharge predetermined hot water having a predetermined temperature by heating preheated water supplied through the second pipeline by using the hot water of the first heat source from hot water of the supply heat source supplied through the first pipeline; the first valve configured to control the flow of hot water of the first heat source supplied to the first heat exchanger through the first pipeline; a second valve configured to control the flow of hot water of the second heat source supplied to the heating load through a third pipeline branching from the first pipeline. The heat exchange system also includes a second heat exchanger configured to heat the once-through water supplied through the second pipeline by using mixed hot water including at least one of the first heat source hot water and the second heat source hot water to create heated water, having a heating temperature, and for supplying heated water to the first heat exchanger; a first flow sensor configured to measure a flow rate of the mixed hot water discharged through the first pipeline after it has passed through the second heat exchanger; and a controller configured to control the operation of at least one of the first valve and the second valve based on the flow rate of the mixed hot water sensed by the flow sensor.
EFFECT: effective control of hot water and heating is ensured.
