FIELD: modeling communication networks.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by simulating the feature space that arises during the operation of a special-purpose communication network, by modeling for communication means included in the elements of the communication network, changing operating modes, changing the values of signs in accordance with the stages of functioning of the elements of the communication network, changing location taking into account physical and geographical, climatic conditions and time of day.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of modeling the feature space of a communication network, taking into account the processes of functioning of a real communication network.
