FIELD: catalytic reforming raffinates.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for processing catalytic reforming raffinates. The method includes fractionation of the reforming raffinate with the isolation of the NK-70°C fraction, sent as a raw material for the stable isomerate fractionation unit, and the 100-kk fraction, sent as a raw material for catalytic reforming. 70-100°C fraction is sent as a pyrolysis feedstock. In the stable isomerate fractionation unit, due to the additional yield of commercial isomerizate, recycled pentane fraction and heavy isomerizate, it becomes possible to direct the recycled pentane fraction and heavy isomerizate for mixing with the pyrolysis feedstock to increase the proportion of paraffins and reduce the proportion of isoparaffins in the pyrolysis feedstock.
EFFECT: increasing the production of pyrolysis raw materials, improving the hydrocarbon composition of pyrolysis raw materials, maintaining the production of commercial isomerate, increasing the yield of target pyrolysis products, reducing the yield of by-products such as pyrolysis resins and pyrocondensate.
