FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the engineering methods for studying the technical condition of dynamic equipment, such as gas pumping units (GPU), turbine units, pumps, compressors, fans, power trains driven by an electric motor, internal combustion engines, in particular to the field of technical diagnostics of elastic solids by vibration monitoring in order to identify potentially hazardous parts. Essence: when implementing the method, the parameters of forced torsional vibrations are measured, vibration sensors are installed in places where the parameters are measured, located near the rotating parts. Calculation of natural frequencies is performed for torsional vibrations; experimental data for comparison with the calculated parameters are obtained based on the parameters of torsional vibrations of the gas pumping unit shaft line. The fact of the appearance of defects in the structure is recorded by the presence of calculated natural frequencies of torsional vibrations in the experimental spectra of angular vibration. The control results are obtained additionally taking into account angular vibration and standard values, which are established empirically for a given type of a gas pumping unit.
EFFECT: improved reliability and accuracy of the method of vibration diagnostics of the technical condition of a gas pumping unit.
