SUBSTANCE: method of accompanying therapy in the surgical treatment of pathological and chronic fractures is to use VITAVIS-forte 0.1%, first once 2 ml intramuscularly one day before the surgery, then 5 ml intravenously during the surgery, then after the surgery 2 ml intramuscularly daily for 5–7 days. As a liquid antiseptic during surgery, Neutral anolyte with parameters pH=7.4 and ORP=+650 mV is used externally, heated to 36°C through continuous irrigation of the surgical field throughout the entire surgery until the wound is sutured.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to shorten the postoperative period, reduces the probability of postoperative infectious complications, improves the quality of life, reduces the length of hospital stay, and reduces the rehabilitation period to 3–5 days.
