FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: devices for anaerobic processing of livestock waste used in the treatment of utilities. The installation contains a buffer tank, a pump for supplying livestock waste, a digestion tank with a drain valve, an immobilized carrier of anaerobic biomass, a gas tank and a perforated pipe. The buffer tank at the inlet is connected to the biogas outlet line from the digestion tank through the gas supply valve to the buffer tank, and at the outlet with a perforated pipe through the gas supply valve to this pipe. The installation contains an automatic control system. The latter includes a substrate drain valve, three gas supply valves, pressure sensors, and two level sensors. The first valve supplies gas to the buffer tank, the second - to the perforated pipe and the third - to the gas tank. One of the pressure sensors is installed in the buffer tank, the other - in the digestion tank. Level sensors are installed in the digestion tank. One of them corresponds to the lower level of the substrate, and the other to the upper one. The named sensors, valves and gate are connected to the controller.

EFFECT: simplification of the operator's work due to automated design, power saving.
