FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing of agricultural waste in order to obtain high-quality organic bio-fertilizers and biogas. A biogas unit for processing an agricultural substrate contains a sealed cylindrical tank equipped with a dome and a bottom in form of a truncated cone, in which nozzles are installed for supplying and removing the processed substrate and removing biogas, as well as a bubbling mixing device. The bubbling mixing device consists of converging nozzles with diffusers, while the converging nozzles have side windows for suction of the substrate, are attached to the bottom and can rotate around their axis. The unit also contains a compressor for collecting biogas and its subsequent supply to a vortex tube installed at the inlet to the tank, passing through which the resulting hot biogas is supplied to the said nozzles for mixing and heating the processed substrate, and the cooled biogas enters the gas storage.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in biogas production and obtaining high-quality biofertilizer by ensuring an optimal temperature and uniform mixing throughout the entire volume of the tank.
