FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: used as a converter of the kinetic energy of a moving fluid in a pipeline into alternating current electricity. An autonomous flanged magnetoelectric generator contains a housing, permanent magnets of the inductor and an armature magnetic circuit rigidly fixed in the housing, in the grooves of which a multiphase winding is laid. The body is made of non-ferromagnetic material in the form of a hollow flange with the ability to be installed in a pipeline gap between the pipeline flanges and has external and internal annular grooves. The armature magnetic circuit, covered with a lid, is installed in the outer ring recess, and the inner one is made with inlet and outlet sockets. A ring-shaped turbine with internal blades and external teeth, evenly distributed on the outer surface of the turbine support ring, is installed in the inner annular recess. The external teeth are made of permanent magnets of the inductor, and the end sections of the internal blades are beveled and repeat the shape of the inlet and outlet bells of the internal annular groove. The inner diameter of the inner blades is made equal to the inner diameter of the pipeline into the gap of which the generator housing is installed.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of power conversion.
