FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-destructive testing and assessment of the load-carrying capacity of span structures of operating road bridges. The device contains a mobile laptop computer with software, two devices for measuring angular displacements, a laser rangefinder, a sclerometer, and a digital sensor for measuring the frequency of natural oscillations. The mobile laptop computer is configured to receive and transmit measurement data from devices for measuring angular displacements, data on the material of the superstructure from a sclerometer, measurement data of the geometric parameters of the superstructure from a laser rangefinder, measurement data from a digital sensor for measuring the frequency of natural oscillations. It is also designed with the ability to enter initial data with a subsequent conclusion about the possibility of passing excess loads of road bridges, taking into account their actual operational condition.
EFFECT: reducing labour and time costs in determining the initial data and preparing a set of measuring instruments, increasing the capabilities of the set and the reliability of assessing the load-carrying capacity of road bridge spans for a known excess load.
