FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to investigation of elastic properties of constructions or structures, in particular to the field of non-destructive testing and estimation of carrying capacity of span structures of operated road bridges. Device comprises a mobile portable computer with software, an inclinometer, laser range finder connected to the mobile portable computer is configured to continuously measure the distance to the reflector installed above the calculated axis of the test load moving along the span structure, and transmitting the distance values to the mobile portable computer, configured to transmit, when the test load reaches the calculated position, the control signal over the radio channel to the signalling means, which is configured to install a test load in the driver's cabin and notify the driver when a control signal is received via a radio channel. Reflector has detachable fasteners which enable to install the reflector structure depending on the surface configuration above the calculated axis of the test load. Span deflection from test load is determined by software taking into account the effect of the span static system on angular deviations.
EFFECT: implementation of express assessment of possibility of excess load, reduction of labour intensity and time expenditures, increase of versatility of application and increase of assessment reliability.
