FIELD: oil refinery.
SUBSTANCE: heavy oil refining plant for the production of bitumen used in the oil refining industry. The unit is equipped with a heavy oil supply line and includes an ELOU-AVT unit equipped with atmospheric and vacuum distillate and bitumen feed lines. At the same time, the plant additionally includes a bitumen production unit, the ELOU-AVT unit consists of an ELOU section and a fractionation section, the ELOU section includes the first recuperative heat exchanger, an atmospheric refrigerator-condenser and an electric desalination unit, the fractionation section includes a vacuum refrigerator-condenser, the first and second heating furnaces, atmospheric separator, the first and second vacuum separators and a vacuum generating device, the bitumen production unit includes the second and third recuperative heat exchangers and an oxidation section, while the heavy oil supply line is divided into three lines, on which the first recuperative heat exchanger, an atmospheric cooler-condenser and a second recuperative heat exchanger, after which these three lines are connected into one line, on which an electric desalination plant is located, equipped with a line for supplying desalted and dehydrated oil, which is divided into two lines, on which a vacuum cooler-condenser and a third recuperative heat exchanger are located, after which these two lines are connected into one line of heated heavy oil, on which the first heating furnace and atmospheric separator are installed. The atmospheric separator is equipped with an atmospheric distillate vapor output line, on which the first cooler-condenser with an atmospheric distillate output line is located, and also equipped with an atmospheric residue output line, on which a second heating furnace and a first vacuum separator are equipped, with a vacuum distillate vapor output line, on which there is a second cooler-condenser with a partially condensed vacuum distillate output line, on which the first recuperative heat exchanger and a second vacuum separator are located, equipped with a vapor output line with a vacuum generating device, and a vacuum distillate output line. In addition, the first vacuum separator is also equipped with a bitumen output line, on which a third recuperative heat exchanger is located, and an oxidation section equipped with a bitumen output line, on which a second recuperative heat exchanger is located.
EFFECT: increased output of bitumen, simplified installation and reduced power consumption.
