FIELD: construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the manufacture of reinforced carpets. The line contains a coil holder and a straightening and cutting device. In the same horizontal plane with the straightening-cutting device there is mounted a device for the production of reinforced carpets, containing a frame, working sections, a storage device, a feeding mechanism, a transporting mechanism, a roll forming device, an automatic control unit and conductors. The device contains an automatic control unit with software for the production of reinforcement carpets with a given pitch between steel bars. The design and interconnection of these line devices is disclosed.
EFFECT: specific productivity of the line for the production of reinforcement carpets is increasing.
