FIELD: drainage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for drainage or intake of surface water from public transport stops, parking lots, and flooded courtyard areas. The device includes a filtration chamber with a sorption filler and a hatch; a perforated pipe is installed along its axis at the bottom of the device. The device is equipped with box-shaped modules, which are filled with filler and installed on both sides of the filtration chamber, which, combining the modules, is an intermediate filtration chamber between them. The perforated pipe installed along the bottom of the modules and the intermediate filtration chamber is equipped with perforated tubes installed vertically at a distance of 1.0 to 1.5 metres from each other. The intermediate filtration chamber is divided in the horizontal plane by a grid on which the sorption filler is placed. On the side wall of the filtration chamber, in its upper part, there is a longitudinal through hole, which ensures collection of rainwater. As a filler for the installed modules, stone chips were used, laid in the lower part, sand in the middle part, and fertile soil in the upper part.

EFFECT: collection, purification and disposal of stormwater using a simple design, while creating “green”, environmentally friendly and aesthetic areas in the city.
