SUBSTANCE: method for creating shell-less reclamation water conduits-moisture exchangers belongs to the field of agriculture and can be used for improving the urban environment, draining soil massifs and founding structures in urban and rural settlements. In the method for creating shell-less reclamation water conduits-moisture exchangers, including the formation of a cavity in the soil mass, laying along the entire length of the cavity of a moisture-absorbing filtering inert filler having sufficient density to withstand the loads from the external soil and not crumple under its weight, as a water-conducting filtering inert filler is used fibrous substrate, consisting of the following components, wt. %: portland cement 10.0-15.0; redispersible organic polymer 1.5-3.5; cellulose ether 0.1-0.8; linseed oil 0.5-0.8, kaolin fiber up to 100%. The body of the reclamation water conduit-moisture exchanger is formed from fibrous substrate by dry or wet gunning after mixing the dry fibrous mixture with water in a ratio of 1: 5-10. In the first case, with dry shotcrete, the fluffed fiber substrate is fed into the cavity of the water conduit simultaneously with water sprayed under pressure in the form of a rain torch with a stream of compressed air, and during wet shotcrete, the dry fiber mixture is pre-mixed with water and the thus prepared shotcrete mass is applied to the surface of the body formation water conduit.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to quickly and efficiently regulate the moisture regime in the root layer of the soil or, in another way, in the aeration zone.
