FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to trap mechanical impurities above the packer in the annular space of the well. The device includes a nozzle installed above the packer, on which upper and lower cuffs are installed sequentially, located between metal stops fixed on the surface of the nozzle. The cuff is made of paired elastic elements, between which a corresponding filter element is installed. The elastic elements are equipped with filtration holes located evenly around the perimeter and directing the flow of liquid through the filter element. Each cuff has conical stops, elastic and filter elements that expand from bottom to top. The upper stop is equipped with internal stiffening ribs that prevent folding of the cuffs during descent; the pipe inside, below the cuffs, is equipped with an axial valve that passes from bottom to top, and an annular chamber located outside between the valve and the lower cuff and connected by radial channels with the internal space of the pipe. At the top of the chamber there are nozzles connected to the chamber, the outlet of which is directed from below to the corresponding filtration hole of the cuffs. Each nozzle is equipped with a spring-loaded valve that opens at a pressure exceeding the pressure of the liquid column in the nozzle.
EFFECT: service life in the well is increased, the piston effect is eliminated, and the environment is protected.
