SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for cleaning of well with packer. Device comprises branch pipe fixed on upper pair of metal conical rings facing the base cone upwards, with fixed between cone-shaped rings sealer in form of cone ring with holes along outer edge, lower pair of metal conical rings facing base cone downwards, with fixed between cone-shaped rings sealer in form of ring with holes along inner edge, ribs supporting pair of metal conical rings. Ratio of diameters of holes in sealer of upper pair of metal conical rings and holes in lower pair of metal conical rings is (6-10):(1-4) mm, respectively. Holes are arranged at equal distance between adjacent openings.
EFFECT: excluding piston effect at lifting and lowering, possibility of washing, overflow of well fluid during lifting.
