FIELD: corrosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for applying an anti-corrosion coating to a steel substrate. The said composition contains a binder material and a filler. It contains an aqueous solution of alkali metal silicate with a silicate modulus of 2.3-4.3 as the binder material. The filler is a mixture of zinc and aluminium powders or copper powder, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: the said binder material is 30-98, the said filler is the balance.
EFFECT: improved the corrosion resistance of steel products.
