FIELD: removal and processing of combustion products.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to lines for processing ash and slag waste from the hydroash and slag removal system of thermal power plants operating on coal fuel. The production line comprises boiler units 1 of a thermal power plant, which are connected to the pit 2 of the hydroash and slag removal system, which is connected to the inlet of the slag pump 3, the output of which is connected by a slurry line 5 of the external hydroash and slag removal system to the ash and slag dump 7, as well as to the input of the pressure pump 10 of the pumping station on the incoming slurry pipeline, the output of which is connected to the input of the pulp distributor 12 of the coal plant 11. The coal plant 11 also comprises flat fixed screens 13 located under the pulp distributor 12, drum screens 16 located below them and a prefabricated hopper-funnel 20 located below it. The output of the pulp distributor 12 is connected to the inputs of flat, stationary screens 13 designed to separate the pulp into an over-size unfinished product and an under-size unfinished product cleared of rubble, after which the over-size unscheduled product is directed through the outlet pipe 14 to the warehouse, and the unfinished product cleared of crushed stone through drains 15 for drum screens 16. Screens 16 are designed with the ability to separate the unfinished product, cleared of crushed stone, into an over-grid upper product in the form of underburned coal and an under-size lower product, and then pouring the upper product in the form of underburned coal along guide chutes into a prefabricated hopper-funnel 20, from which the underburned coal under the weight of its own weight is supplied to the drying belt conveyor 21. The conveyor 21 is configured to supply unburnt coal from the coal installation 11 to the temporary storage warehouse 22. The under-size, under the weight of its own weight, enters the main pipeline 18 for supplying the under-size, which is configured to supply the under-size to the thickener warehouse 19, designed to thicken the pulp cleared of underburning with non-metallic mineral products, as well as with the ability to separate water and movement of water by gravity through drainage pipes 27 into pit 28 for collecting clarified water. The clarified water collection pit 28 is connected to the input of the pit pressure pump 29, the output of which is connected to the input of the clarified water return main pipeline 30, the output of which is connected to the slurry pipeline 5 of the external hydroash and slag removal system. The production line can be configured to supply the under-size from the main pipeline 18 to the pre-thickener 31, configured to thicken the pulp purified from underburned coal with non-metallic mineral products, and supply the mineral non-metallic product purified from underburned coal and condensed to the magnetic separator 32. The separator 32 consists of five separation stages and is designed to pre-separate the magnetic fraction from non-metallic mineral products and supply the purified magnetic fraction to the disk vacuum filter 33. The filter 33 is configured to drain the purified magnetic fraction, after which the dried non-agglomerated iron concentrate is supplied to the storage pit 34, configured to supply the iron concentrate to the packaging machine 35, configured to package the iron concentrate into containers. The magnetic separator 32 is also configured to supply the undersize purified after separation to the thickener warehouse 19. The ash and slag dump 7 is designed to separate water from the pulp and move the water by gravity through the drainage pipe of the dump to the input of the pump 8 of the clarified water return station, the output of which is connected by a pipeline 9 for returning the clarified water to the thermal power plant with the boiler units of the 1 thermal power plant and through an insert into pipeline with magnetic separator 32. The pre-thickener 31 is also configured to supply clarified water using the pre-thickener clarified water pressure pump 42 into the clarified water collection pit 28.
EFFECT: line for processing waste from ash and slag mixtures coming from the hydro-ash and slag removal system of thermal power plants operating on coal fuel, with increased efficiency of processing ash and slag mixtures.
