FIELD: oil and gas field.
SUBSTANCE: check valve contains a hollow body, a fixed rod, a spring, a seat, a ball-shaped shut-off element, and sealing elements. Inside the hollow body there is a fixed rod with through radial holes and a spring. The seat is located inside a fixed rod. The valve is additionally equipped with a coupling with a support sleeve, a movable sleeve, and a clamping sleeve. The coupling is made hollow with the possibility of sealing the lower part of the fixed rod inside it, placing the support sleeve inside it and sealing the lower part of the hollow body on the internal thread inside it. The support sleeve is designed to be placed in the coupling, to be placed and secured inside the lower part of the hollow body, and to be placed on the lower part of the fixed rod. The movable bushing is designed to be hermetically placed inside the hollow body and on the fixed rod, to seal the through radial holes and to interact with the spring. The spring is hermetically located inside the hollow body between the support and movable bushings and on the fixed rod. The clamping coupling is made monolithic or composite with a connecting internal thread located in the upper part, and with a connecting external thread located in the lower part, which is made with an internal shape that ensures the movement of the ball, and is equipped with through longitudinal holes located around the circumference. A movable sleeve is placed on the stationary rod with the ability to move relative to the through radial holes to form a gap between the stationary rod and the hollow body to ensure hydraulic communication between the through radial holes and the through longitudinal holes.
