FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: planetary gear contains a sun gear, satellites, each consisting of two wheels mounted on an axle on spherical bearings, a stationary wheel with internal teeth and a carrier. The assembly of each satellite is equipped with a rubber ring with a variable cross-sectional area, which rests on a centring washer and is located between the satellite wheels. The carrier is made with holes in the cheeks, arranged in a checkerboard pattern, the diameter of which increases with distance from the location of the satellite axis. Between the gears of each satellite, a cylindrical torsion spring is installed coaxially with them to rotate one of the gears of the satellite relative to the second gear, the ends of which are inserted into blind holes on the side surfaces of the gears of each satellite.
EFFECT: increased load capacity of the planetary gear and increased reliability of its operation.
