FIELD: electric motors.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to an electric motor adjustment unit for adjusting the inclination of the supporting part of a piece of seating furniture containing an electric motor adjustment unit, and to seating furniture. An electromotor adjustment unit for adjusting the inclination of a supporting part of a piece of seating furniture contains at least one rotary drive for attaching to a body element of a piece of seating furniture by means of a rotating output element, on which an output plate supporting the supporting part can be installed with the possibility of rotation. The rotary drive has a supporting plate, through which it is possible to attach it to the housing element, and on which at least two meshed gear wheels are installed, forming a gearbox.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of an electric motor adjustment unit for adjusting the inclination of the supporting part of a piece of seating furniture.
