SUBSTANCE: roller device for transferring switch points. A roller device for transferring switch points includes a housing, a spring support with a spring installed in it that interacts with the body, rollers mounted on the axes, adjusting bolts that ensure the rollers extend above the body and hang the point. The roller axes are mounted on supports installed in the body and regulating the position of the roller axes in height, the position of which is adjusted by means of adjusting bolts corresponding to each support installed in the clamp body to adjust the position of the rollers relative to the body and hanging the point, which rigidly fixes the body on the frame rail with a connecting bolt made with the ability to adjust the position of the rollers on top of the clamp. The movable roller, after adjusting the position of its axis in height, and the support in which it is installed, which performs the function of pressing the movable roller against the point under the action of a spring, are combined into a lever system that receives the load on the body from the point with a short lever in the working position of the point. The roller, which remains stationary after adjusting the position of its axis in height, and the support in which it is installed, and the axis of the body, relative to which the support of the stationary roller tilts, are combined into a lever system that receives the load only under the influence of the weight of the point at the maximum length of the lever in the retracted position point. The housing, spring support, roller supports and clamp are made of sheet metal thickness from 3 to 8 mm.

EFFECT: rigid fixation of the body is ensured, the load on the body is reduced, the metal consumption of the roller device design is reduced, free and convenient access to the adjusting bolts is provided when adjusting the height of the point relative to the point support plates, and safe operating conditions for the roller device are created.
