FIELD: transport machinery.
SUBSTANCE: robotic complex for controlling a gearbox of a vehicle with a manual transmission and pressure pedals includes an electromechanical device for controlling the pressure pedals, an electromechanical device for controlling a manual gearbox and connected to their operating members, a computing unit. The electromechanical control unit for the pressure pedals consists of a frame, articulated connections of the working elements of translational motion with it, attachment to the pedals connected to the rods of the working elements with hinged connections, and a pneumatic system powered by the on-board pneumatic network. The electromechanical control unit for a mechanical gearbox consists of a frame, swivel joints for fastening electric linear drives, brackets mounted on the actuators for controlling a mechanical gearbox and attached to the rods of the electric linear drives with swivel joints, as well as sensors that determine the gear, an electrical unit of the electromechanical unit control powered from the on-board electrical network and connected to electrical linear actuators and sensors.
EFFECT: increasing the durability of vehicle components.
