FIELD: lighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protected spotlight-type illuminators or lamps. A vandal-proof emergency lighting device contains a metal case with a diffuser, inside of which there is a board with the main LEDs connected in series, having a chain connected in parallel to each consisting of a backup LED and a diode with a low forward voltage drop connected in series, and a power source. The board is made of an elastic dielectric material, where the main and the backup LEDs are located. Each LED is equipped with an individual heatsink, which has a cross-section approximately equal to the cross-section of the LED, and is located on the backside of the board, where the power source, consisting of a driver, a charger, and a battery, is also located. This area of space in the case has ventilation holes.
EFFECT: improved reliability of the device is achieved by ensuring duplication of the electrical elements of the lighting device.
