SUBSTANCE: strip core has a strip core body obtained by stacking a plurality of polygonal annular sheets of anisotropic electrical steel in a side view. The anisotropic electrical steel sheet has flat parts and curved parts that alternate continuously in the longitudinal direction. The curved portion in the side view has an inner radius of curvature r of 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less. An anisotropic electrical steel sheet has a chemical composition containing, in mass percent: Si: 2.0 to 7.0%, with the balance being Fe and impurities, and have a Goss-oriented texture. In at least one of the curved portions, crystal grain size Dpx (mm) of the stacked anisotropic electrical steel sheet is FL/4 or greater. Here FL is the average length (mm) of the flat parts. Dpx (mm) is the average value of Dp according to the following formula (1) Dp=√(Dc*Dl/p).
