FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: belt core is formed by lamination of a plurality of bent bodies formed from an electrotechnical steel sheet with an oriented grain structure. Core has coating formed on its surface containing phosphorus. In direction of thickness of electrotechnical steel sheet with oriented grain structure, bent body is formed into rectangular shape, having four flat parts and four angular parts adjacent to flat parts. Angular part has a bent area having a full bending angle of about 90° in side view. Number of deformation twins present in the bent area on the side view is five or less per 1 mm of the length of the central line in the bent area in the direction of the sheet thickness. Amount of phosphorus released from angular portion in case of boiling in water for 30 minutes is 6.0 mg or less per 1 m2 angular part surface area.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of losses in core.
