FIELD: electrified railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: system for monitoring and regulating the power and energy consumed by the transport system contains traction substations, a central device for collecting and processing energy dispatcher data, a personal computer for an automated train dispatcher workstation, a unit for transmitting control commands and an operational work plan, and electric locomotives. Traction substations are connected via a radio communication channel to on-board radio modems installed on electric locomotives using stationary radio modems. The central device for collecting and processing data from the energy dispatcher contains a block for generating a train schedule in real time, a block for generating a standard or variant train schedule, a block for generating capacity restrictions for energy, a logical comparison block, a block for constructing a target forecast arrangement of trains along the site, an intelligent control block with predictive analysis of train traffic, a block of potential “windows” plan, a block for forming a snapshot of the state of the locomotive fleet and a block for monitoring the formation of trains at previous sections and stations.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the system.
