FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of devices that measure the mechanical properties of materials by pressing a hard tip into the test material, controlled by depth and load. A dynamic nanoindenter includes housing 1, inside of which are fixed electromagnetic actuator 2 with moving coil 3 connected through intermediate rod 4, working rod 10 with indenter 15 at its end, capacitive sensors, between which power cell 7 is mounted on elastic suspensions 6 and 13, object table 20 for tested material 21. Object stage 20 is made in the form of a piezoceramic plate with metal electrodes 11 for supplying an alternating control electrical voltage from 0.1 to 100 V and a frequency from 0.01 Hz to 100 kHz to the piezoceramic plate. The piezoceramic plate is made with a thickness from 0.1 mm to 10 mm and an area from 1 cm2 to 10 cm2 and is mounted on a two-axis macro positioner 16.
EFFECT: possibility of recording acoustic emission signals and increasing the accuracy of measuring hardness and Young's modulus, viscoelastic and brittle properties of the tested material.
