SUBSTANCE: method includes basic tillage of the soil, cultivation, harrowing and rolling it before sowing seeds, with the possibility of using short-rotation pure steam, leaving the soil unseeded until the first frost appears on the surface. After the weeds emerge and the first frosts appear on the soil surface, continuous cultivation is carried out and the field is sown with the seeds of the Forage Kochia in a wide-row manner. The main tillage is carried out with nonmouldboard implements to a depth of 20-25 cm. Seed sowing is carried out in the amount of 1-1.5 million pieces per 1 hectare. After the seeds germinate, continuous harrowing is carried out, and at the beginning of flowering, at least 3 inter-row cultivations are performed.

EFFECT: increasing the yield of Forage Kochia seeds in arid zones while maintaining their quality characteristics.
