FIELD: magnetic levitation conveyor roller devices.
SUBSTANCE: present invention provides a magnetic levitation conveyor roller device, including an intermediate shaft movably mounted at a position between a lower and an upper housing, a plurality of the first type magnets distributed around an inner side of the lower and upper housings, a plurality of the second type magnets distributed around an internal side of the intermediate shaft, repelled by magnets of the first type in order to limit the radial runout of the intermediate shaft under the influence of magnetic repulsion between the magnets of the first type and magnets of the second type. In addition, the present device includes front and rear magnetic rings mounted on the wall on the left and right sides of the intermediate shaft, front and rear magnets mounted on the wall on the left and right sides of the intermediate shaft, repelled by the front and rear magnetic rings, respectively, to limit the longitudinal runout of the intermediate shaft under the influence of magnetic repulsion between magnetic rings and magnets.
EFFECT: device can effectively prevent longitudinal and radial runout during rotation of the intermediate shaft, avoid contact with other parts during rotation of the intermediate shaft, and effectively reduce wear and noise during rotation.
