FIELD: drying of solid materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the drying of solid materials with gas penetration through the material being dried and loosening it until a fluidized layer is formed. The fluidized bed installation contains body 1 of a cylindrical-conical shape, in the upper base of which loading pipe 2 of a cylindrical-conical shape is mounted. Screw feeder 3 is rotatably mounted in the cylindrical part of pipe 2. Inside housing 1 there is insert 4 in the form of a truncated cone, with a large base at the top, and a smaller base connected to the cylindrical part of pipe 2. Under insert 4, shell 5 of cylindrical-conical shape is fixed coaxially with it. The lower cylindrical part of shell 5 is tightly closed by base 12. Inside the cylindrical part of shell 5 there is gas distribution grid 7 of a hemispherical shape, attached with its edge to the lower part of the conical side surface of shell 5. In the cylindrical part of shell 5 and housing 1 there are holes to which gas supply pipes 8 are connected. Gas outlet pipe 9 in the form of a cylindrical block with holes in the bases is attached to the lower part of housing 1. Inside pipe 9, above the hole in its lower base, disk 10 is fixed. The outer side of the base is connected to cyclone 11.

EFFECT: uniform distribution of the material throughout the entire volume of the device.
