DEVICE FOR DRYING OF SOLUTIONS AND SUSPENSIONS IN FLUIDIZED BED OF INERT BODIES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F26B17/10

Abstract RU 2645788 C1

FIELD: machine building; technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the drying of dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. In a plant for drying solutions and suspensions in the fluidized bed of inert bodies, comprising a drying chamber with a movable gas distribution grate in its lower part, made in the form of a rotating hollow perforated cylinder in engagement with a gear drum, which teeth profile corresponds to the shape of the cylinder perforation, and in the cavity of the latter grinding bodies are placed, in addition, a baffle is provided in the form of a system of strings located in horizontal planes along the entire section of the conical expanding part of the drying chamber and reinforced on its inner walls by means of rims. Strings are fixed between the pins in a radial manner, with the formation of conical surfaces directed by the vertices to each other, wherein a disc is attached to each of the rims in the center, to which the strings are attached. Waste dusty gases undergo preliminary acoustic treatment in the acoustic installation, after which the gas flow is directed to the cyclone with the hopper, where the main part of the gassed dry material is released, and the final purification of gases takes place in the bag filter with the hopper. Acoustic nozzle contains housing with internal acoustic oscillation generator in form of nozzle and resonator, nozzles for supplying air and liquid. Acoustic oscillation generator is made in form of coaxial with housing conical nozzle and having annular throttle opening formed by nozzle cut and resonator rod, and an annular volumetric resonator formed by the resonator rod and a cylindrical cavity in the fastener. On platen cage is fixed with throttling holes coaxial with ring throttle opening, and also resonator rod is coaxially fixed. One end of the casing is made solid and is connected to the housing, and in the other end throttling openings are made, coaxial with the annular throttle opening. From the side, opposite to resonant cavity, provision is made for adjustment mechanism in the form of hand wheel with packer, which mounted on free roller end. External diffuser is coaxially attached to the nozzle casing, and an inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the fastener of the annular cavity resonator with the resonator rod in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to the axis of the annular volumetric resonator, additional diffuser of the flow, made in the form of a cylindrical shell, is coaxially attached to the external diffuser of the acoustic nozzle, on the end part of which on the opposite side of the diffuser, a perforated plate is fixed.

EFFECT: increasing drying performance.
