FIELD: floating power plants.
SUBSTANCE: power plant comprises a pontoon, roll dampers, consisting of a rocker arm 7 with two containers at the edges, and a device for converting roll energy into electrical energy. The pontoon is made in the form of a trimaran 1, made of three steel pipes 2, creating a heeling moment relative to its horizontal axis. The conversion device is made in the form of at least two electric generators of reciprocating motion, attached by stators 3 to the external pipes 2 of the trimaran 1 symmetrically relative to the transverse axis of the trimaran 1. Stators 3 are made of steel plates and coils of copper wires. The rotors 4 of electric generators in the form of cylinders with permanent magnets are installed in the internal volume of the stators 3 with a radial gap. The rotors 4 with their lower part are connected through hinges 6 to the edges of the rocker arm 7, the containers at the edges of which are designed to alternately sink or float when rocking relative to the horizontal axis of the trimaran 1. Each container is made in the form of a pipe, consisting of two sealed compartments 9, 10, the lower of which is filled with water, and the upper with air.
EFFECT: efficiently converting the energy of waves of water basins into electrical energy.
