FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: pedosphere-improving fertilizer granule (6) is provided, produced by a process comprising the following steps: A) preparing a raw material dispersion comprising, as inorganic secondary phosphate (1), at least one ash and/or slag from single or co-combustion of sewage sludge, animal excrement, bone meal, liquid manure and/or phytogenic waste in the form of an individual substance or mixtures of substances and at least one reagent (2), and the proportion of the liquid phase (4) in the dispersion of the raw material is more than 30%, with an incubation time between the inorganic secondary phosphate (1) and the reagent (2) between 1 and 100 min, B) separation of part of the liquid phase (4) of the raw material dispersion, B) granulation and/or extrusion of the remaining raw material dispersion with a reduced liquid phase (4), D) or return of the liquid phase (4) separated in step B) without at least partial separation (5) of heavy metals in process step A) for the preparation of a dispersion of raw material, or at least partial separation of heavy metals (7) from the liquid phase (4) separated in step B), as well as the removal of these heavy metals (7) from the process with the subsequent return of the separated liquid phase low in heavy metals (4) to prepare a dispersion of the raw material similar to technological step A) or in technological step B), and E) repeating technological steps A)-D), and as a reagent(s) phosphoric acid (H3PO4), nitric acid (HNO3), sulphuric acid (H2SO4) and/or hydrochloric acid (HCl) or potassium hydroxide solution (KOH) are used, in each case undiluted or diluted; a method for producing pedosphere-improving fertilizer granulate (6); device for producing fertilizer granules; fertilizer granules (6); application of fertilizer granules (6).
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to provide an economical, environmentally friendly, flexible, simple and technically feasible method for the production of soil- and/or plant-specific fertilizers with a precisely controlled nutrient composition in the form of granulates.
