FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing ammonium phosphates and can be used as fertiliser. The starting phosphorus-containing material 52 is fed into a decomposition apparatus 60, into which acid 58 is also fed. The solution 20 obtained in the apparatus 60 is fed into an ion-exchange apparatus 10. Streams 26 from the ion-exchange apparatus 10 are fed into a flow distributor 56. The stream of water 54 is returned to the decomposition step. Eluate 36 is obtained in the ion-exchange apparatus 10, which is fed into a distributor 69. Ammonia is added to the eluate 36. Triammonium phosphate crystals are collected through outlet means 91. A portion of the eluate 89 is then recycled and used as regenerated solution 30 with addition of fresh regeneration solution 31.
EFFECT: invention enables to extract triammonium phosphate which does not contain metal impurities.
