FIELD: energy engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for centralized heat and cold supply with the generation of electrical energy for its own needs and supply to external consumers. The peculiarity of the method is the use of an accumulator of fusion heat of, for example, water ice, with a constant temperature of liquid water close to 0°C. Condensation of the working fluid of a thermal power steam plant (TPSP) with such water ensures implementation of the condensation operating cycle of the TPSP using CO2, increasing its efficiency. The use of CO2 condensate for intermediate cooling of compressed air in a thermal power gas installation reduces the work of air compression and frees up the mechanical power of the air-compressing turbine to drive an electric generator; the heat received by the condensate increases the generated mechanical power of the TPSP transmitted to the electric generator. At the same time, year-round supply of water from the battery as a coolant to external cold consumers and other improvements are provided. Heat is removed from the battery by heat-refrigeration machines, which transform the removed heat into consumed heat. The consumed heat is released to consumers in accordance with their current needs, the generated consumed heat that is not required for current consumption is transferred to a heat storage device.
EFFECT: joint production of electric power, heat and cold with almost complete use of the energy of burned fuel and an increase in the degree of conversion of the heat of combustion of fuel into mechanical/electrical energy.
