SUBSTANCE: invention is a strain of Bacillus thuringiensis var. darmstadiensis 109/7 (BtH10 109/7), which was deposited in the Departmental Collection of Beneficial Microorganisms for Agricultural Purposes (RCAM) “ФАНО ФГБНУ ВНИИСХМ” on 03/14/2023 under registration of “ВНИИСХМ” with the number RCAM 06262. A new strain of the bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis var. darmstadiensis 109/7 was obtained by multi-stage analytical selection from the strain Bacillus thuringiensis var. darmstadiensis No. 109, isolated from a natural sample. It was revealed and experimentally confirmed that the drug based on the BtH10109/7 strain simultaneously has pronounced entomocidal properties against a wide range of phytophagous pests (Colorado beetle, potato ladybugs, cruciferous flea beetles, leaf beetles, weevils) living on various agricultural crops (vegetables, grains and berries); it is effective against phytopathogens that cause diseases on a number of crops (grey rot on strawberries, fusarium wilt of tomatoes and flax, rhizoctonia on potatoes, helminthosporium root rot of grain crops), and also has growth-stimulating properties (for example, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, zucchini).

EFFECT: BtH10 109/7 strain is an effective multifunctional agent to be used in agricultural crop production.
