FIELD: impact crushers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for restoring the working bodies of impact crushers and can be used in industries involved in crushing various materials. The method of restoring a hammer, made as shown in Fig. 1a, is that it is cut along the plane A-A to the right of the centre of the hole at a distance equal to the distance from the left edge of the hammer to the centre of the hole. The equality of the distances from the left edge of the hammer to the centre of the hole and from the cutting plane of the hammer to the centre of the hole ensures that the centre-to-centre distance between the holes is maintained when manufacturing new crusher hammers. Then, after cutting the hammer, one cut part is rotated 180°, after which the two parts of the hammer are connected end-to-end by welding, while ensuring the required centre-to-centre distance.
EFFECT: method ensures the restoration of crusher hammers.
