FIELD: rocket and space technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices mounted on rotating devices of vibration stands when conducting vibration dynamic tests of satellites of the CubeSat 6U standard. The transport and launch container simulator (TLCI) for satellites of the CubeSat 6U standard consists of side walls comprising axle clamps. These elements are located in the geometric centres of each of the side surfaces. The movement of the satellite inside the TLCI for balancing it in the horizontal plane is carried out using a moving carriage. The longitudinal planes of the satellite are secured in the TLCI using fixation devices made in the form of scissor mechanisms. To fix the satellite inside the TLCI, a part of the adapter coupling of a removable semi-automatic fixation control device is installed on the stud. The torque is transmitted from the drive gear to the pin using the mating part of the adapter coupling. The axle clamps are located in the geometric centres of the side walls.
EFFECT: accuracy of vibration tests on vibration stands with unidirectional impact is increased.
