SUBSTANCE: unit for complex processing of used tires and rubber products includes a metal frame in the form of a rack with three horizontal shelves, a receiving hopper with a dispenser, a screw conveyor with a first intermediate tank, a pyrolysis reactor, a second intermediate tank, a coil condenser, a cooling hopper for the solid residue of pyrolysis products, a third intermediate tank, activation reactor, fourth intermediate tank, finished product hopper, control unit.
EFFECT: constant operation during parallel processes of pyrolysis of worn tires and rubber products and activation of the carbon residue.
