FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a unit for thermochemical processing of carbonaceous raw materials, containing a device for loading the raw material to be processed, a gas generator designed to obtain a coolant, an air blower, the outlet of which is connected by a pipeline to the gas generator cavity, a raw material pyrolysis reactor, made in the form of an obliquely installed and equipped with a rotation drive shell with upper and lower housings enclosing the shell at its ends, and on the upper body there are channels for introducing raw materials from the loading device and the coolant from the gas generator into the reactor cavity, and on the lower one there are channels for removing the steam gases and pyrolytic coal obtained as a result of pyrolysis, a device for cleaning the steam gases obtained in the reactor, connected by the inlet to the steam and gas removal channel, the apparatus for separating steam and gases into gas and liquid fractions, a heat exchanger connected by the inlet to the gas outlet of the cleaning device, and the outlet to the inlet of the steam and gas separation apparatus, to the gas outlet of which a smoke exhauster is connected, designed for transporting the steam and gas obtained in the reactor through a purification device, through a heat exchanger and through a steam-gas separation apparatus, and through the heat exchanger a pipeline for supplying air from the blower to the gas generator is passed, a storage hopper for collecting pyrocoal, to which a duct for removing pyrocoal of the lower housing is connected, while that unit is equipped with a storage tank, to the input of which a channel for withdrawing the liquid fraction of the vapor-gas separation apparatus is connected, with a pyrolytic coal enrichment device, the input of which is connected to a storage hopper, with a feeder, as well as a device for activating a suspension energy carrier and a device for its preparation, to the inputs of which are connected the output of the storage capacity and the outlet of the feeder, the input of which is connected to the outlet of the pyrolytic coal enrichment device, and the outlet of the device for preparing the suspension energy carrier is connected to the input of the device for its activation, designed to obtain an activated suspension energy carrier. A variant of a unit for thermochemical processing of carbon-containing raw materials is also described, characterized in that the unit is additionally equipped with a burner, a tubular synthesis gas reactor and, at the same time, the inlet of the burner is connected to a smoke exhauster, and its outlet is connected to the cavity of a tubular synthesis gas reactor, the inlet of which is connected to an outlet of a suspension energy carrier activation device, and a pipeline is connected to the synthesis gas reactor outlet, to which a synthesis gas purification device and a gas blower are connected in series.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining high quality target products, in particular, liquid activated suspension fuel, purified synthesis gas with a high hydrogen content and increased heat of combustion, synthesis gas with a given ratio of the volumetric content of carbon monoxide and hydrogen, by ensuring their high degree of processing and cleaning.
