FIELD: plant protection products.

SUBSTANCE: pesticide composition contains elemental sulfur in the range from 1% by weight to 95% by weight of the entire composition, choline salt of pelargonic acid in the range from 0.01% by weight to 50% by weight of the entire composition and at least one agrochemically acceptable auxiliary substance. The pesticide composition contains particles with a size ranging from 0.1 microns to 50 microns. The pesticide composition is used in a method of protecting plants, crops, plant propagation material, locus or parts thereof, seed, seedling or surrounding soil from pathogenic plants, fungi and/or bacteria.

EFFECT: proposed pesticide composition exhibits a synergistic effect, is non-toxic to non-target pests, and is safe for people and warm-blooded animals.
