FIELD: metalworking equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for fixing the shaft-bearing connection of spindle units of metalworking equipment. The compensating sleeve for the shaft is manufactured. A polymer nanofilled anaerobic composition is prepared, including 1.3 wt.% silicon oxide nanoparticles in the initial composition, the components of the polymer nanocomposition are mixed, and the resulting polymer nanocomposition is subjected to subsequent ultrasonic treatment for 10 minutes immediately before its application. The polymer nanocomposition is applied around the circumference of the front edge of the shaft seating surface and the inner surface of the compensation sleeve. The expansion sleeve is pressed onto the prepared section of the shaft. The polymer nanocomposition is polymerized for 12 hours. The bearing is installed on the restored shaft surface using a polymer nanocomposition.
EFFECT: increased durability of the shaft-bearing connection.
