FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulically driven submersible pump unit includes submersible electric motor 1 with hydraulic protection, power pump 2, a hydraulic motor with cylinder 7 and piston 8, working cylinder 9 with valves and plunger 10 connected to piston 8 by rod 17, spool valve 11 and head 12. Pump 2, compensator 4, cylinder 7, and cylinder 9 are connected by adapters 13, 14, 15, having a flange and threaded nipples, eccentric to the flange and wrapped in threads made in compensator 4, in cylinder 7, and cylinder 9, respectively. Cylinder 9 is double-acting with suction and discharge valves in the rod chamber and suction and discharge valves 20 and 21 in the rodless chambers. The internal volume of compensator 4 is made without an elastic separator, isolated from the external environment and one part of it is filled with hydraulic fluid, and the other with gas, which, when compressed, compensates for the difference in the volumes of the rod and rodless chambers of the hydraulic motor. Compensator 4 contains filter 3 and drain pipe 5 for spent hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic motor, ending below the hydraulic fluid level.
