FIELD: engine devices and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic borehole pump unit contains a power gear pump driven by an immersion motor with a compensator, a hydraulic motor with a cylinder and a piston, a working pump connected to the piston of the hydraulic motor by a rod. The cavities of the cylinder of the hydraulic motor are connected through a distributor with an inlet and through a safety valve - with the output of a power gear pump. The unit is equipped with an oil tank with a compensator for its volume, in one of the sections of which an overflow valve with a filter is installed. The distributor is made self-reversing. At the output of the power gear pump after the safety valve, a high-pressure cut-off valve is installed. The power gear pump is sectional, and the working pump is a commercially available long-stroke deep-well high-pressure pump, the shank of which is sealed with a packer.
EFFECT: increased reliability, by improving the design.
