FIELD: petroleum engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to multi-stage submersible pumps for pumping out formation fluid (oil) containing mechanical impurities. The goal is reduction of content of small mechanical impurities in the gap between the guide vane and the protective sleeve. A submersible multistage pump contains a housing with a shaft, with sequentially arranged stages formed by guide vanes installed on the shaft using protective bushings, having a spiral groove on the outer surface, and impellers. At least two initial stages are made with greater performance, the spiral grooves of the protective bushings of such stages are twisted against the direction of shaft rotation, while the spiral grooves of the protective bushings of subsequent stages, with comparatively lower performance, are twisted in the direction of shaft rotation.
EFFECT: increase of reliability of multi-stage submersible pumps by reducing wear of the initial stages of the pump by mechanical impurities in the pumped-out liquid, without reducing the efficiency of the pump.
