FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to submerged centrifugal electrically-driven pumps used to pump out aggressive media including those containing abrasive mechanical impurities and can be used in mining operations to produce fluid hydrocarbons from petroleum wells with the help of alkaline or acid leaching-out substances. The pump consists of a casing with a head and a base. The pump shaft runs in thrust bearings fitted in the casing base. The impeller stages are fitted on the said shaft, while guide vane stages being pressed in the casing. Spacer bushes are arranged between the impeller stages. The aforesaid guide vanes and impellers are made from ceramic material.
EFFECT: longer life of the pump.
